Whether you're visiting for lunch, working nearby, or just curious to try something new, this is your chance to experience Unity Place as a space for feeling well.
What You’ll Experience:
- A short introduction to breathwork and its benefits
- Gentle, guided breathing techniques to help you reset
- A grounding moment to reflect and recharge
- An expert session led by the Wellness Suite at Unity Place
Location: Community Hall at Unity Place.
No experience needed — wear something comfortable and come as you are. It’s a perfect midday pause to reconnect with yourself and discover how Unity Place supports healthier ways of working and living.

- Prone to seizures
- Living with severe mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis)
- Recovering from recent surgery
